Oruc Construction ltd have been building holiday villas, private homes and hotels since 1990.
Oruc brothers carry their building trade skills after their grandfather Mehmet Oruc.
They have built for European and Turkish clients.
90% of Oruc construction ltd clients are from UK and the rest are from Europe and Turkey.
As Oruc Group we are very proud to show our new clients all the oruc build properties we
have built over the years and also introduce our new clients to our current clients and when
assurance is needed we are happy for the current owners to share their experiences- our best
references are our own clients!
We are also very proud to say that all the holiday villas are doing very well and also when it
comes to resale;they can see more than 200% capital growth in 4 to 5 years.
Most owners prefer to rent their properties during the holiday season and stay themselves
when they have gaps in the rentals therefore giving themselves free holidays where possible.
